VBS at Southbridge Recap

What an incredible week at Southbridge's VBS!

Throughout the week, 170 kids took part. A new morning preschool session welcomed 47 preschoolers, more than double the usual evening turnout, with many new to Southbridge. In the evenings, about 120 kids gathered each night for games, crafts, worship, and Bible lessons, supported by 120 volunteers serving every single day.

Thursday night was decision night, when kids heard the gospel and talked it over in small groups. Five kids decided to follow Jesus for the first time, 25 expressed interest in baptism, and six indicated that they are still thinking it through.

Sixty kids who had never attended a Sunday morning service came to VBS this week, representing 50 families stepping onto campus for the first time.

To every volunteer who served, thank you. To the staff and leaders who spent months planning behind the scenes, to the parents who faithfully brought their kids each day, and to those who give financially to support the mission of Southbridge, thank you.

Your energy and your heart for these kids made the difference this week!
