With every hour that passes, there's new information and new updates for the novel Coronavirus. We, at Southbridge, wanted to have a central location to keep all of our updates and FAQ's as things progress.
Governor Cooper issued a statement mandating cancellation of all gatherings more than 100 people. The CDC has recommended 50 or less people at gatherings, and the White House has recommended gatherings of 10 or less to contain the spreading of any existing cases or those who may have symptoms of the coronavirus. We want to be ambassadors of hope as we submit to the God-given authorities over us.

All Weekend Services Moved Online
We will worship as the church scattered during this unique season. We encourage everyone to make much of this time to worship together as a family at home. We will have services streamed online on our Southbridge Facebook page / Southbridge website. Service times will be held at 9 + 11 AM. We will post the video content after the services. Remember, the church is not the building or the campus...the church is the people.

Small Groups Moved to Online Meetings
In this season, we are reminded of how vital small groups are to real life and ministry. It is in the context of a small group that people really feel connected and grow, but also feel a sense of security and care in life’s difficult moments. During this time, we ask that you take extra care and use online platforms to host a “virtual meeting.” If you're looking for a small group, check out our list here to get plugged in - even online.
Serving + Loving our Community
We're inviting our church family & our community to serve those in need with this food drive. We have been in touch with local agencies & schools that have communicated the need and we want to make those needs known. It's time to live out our faith and take action. There's a tangible need and the time to respond is NOW. Thanks to those who have already participated, we're thankful for your support as we serve our community together.
We are partnering up with Raleigh Dream Center to distribute food to those in need during this time. Raleigh Dream Center is currently handing out 1000 hot meals along with breakfast for the next day. We encourage you to sign up to volunteer in helping them do this. You can do that here.
If you prefer to donate online to the Food Drive, click here and select "COVID-19 Families in Need" from the Designation list.
